If the game is csgo you can't use hexcolors

I was wrong so you can either try to use https://github.com/PremyslTalich/ColorVariables/blob/master/addons/sourcemod/scripting/includes/colorvariables.inc#L966-L983

the code "\xNN" where N is the number you can find in that file, im not sure if it'll work or you can use a plugin of mine

CSGO only has access to basic colors and not color codes. It should allow you to use regular hex codes as well, there isn't anything stopping that unless you have remove colors enabled.
