Using the "switch to tab" from the address bar do not open a closed group

Describe the bug When you switch to a tab using the "switch to tab" feature it will not open the tab if it's in a closed group.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a tab in a group
2. Close the group
3. Search for the tab from the address bar
4. Select the tab
5. The browser move to the windows, but the group is not activate and the tab is not visible

Expected behavior Open a new windows with the group open and the tab selected.
