Add 'Move to Group' context menu entry to page content area right-click menu
I use Vertical Tabs Reloaded with the default tab bar hidden, so the context menu items there are normally not accessible to me. (I believe the limitations of the new extension API prevent VTR from replicating the system context menu in the sidebar.)
It would be nice if the relevant Simple Tab Groups items were also accessible from the context menu that appears when clicking in the page content area. The best workaround I have now is opening the Manage Groups view where I can drag and drop, but that takes some time to load.
Actually, looking at the GIF on the Readme I've just realized you can drill down into tab groups from the toolbar icon menu and get the context menu options there, so maybe this isn't necessary! Still a bit more roundabout than right-clicking the tab directly but not a big deal.
Seconding this. It would be so nice to be able to right-click to send current page to another group. I send tabs back and forth and every day end up with a couple of new tabs in my currently open group, that I need to sort. I use tabs in the sidebar that autohide as well.
It would be so nice to be able to right-click to send current page to another group.
@ssssamstrup It is already available. Just right-click to tab of the current page (or any other you would like to send to other group):
Not when using sidebar tabs and having them hidden, as stated in both posts.
Rather than opening the sidebar and finding the current tab every time, which I do now and is cumbersome. It would be a lot easier if it was included in the page context menu. 😊
