Option to disable or hide "Manage groups"/"Settings" bar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm using SimpleTabGroups as my primary tab manager via the sidebar, and I'm finding that the "Manage Groups"/"Settings" bar at the bottom of the groups display is entirely useless to me, and kind of gets in my way.

Describe the solution you'd like Would it be possible to add a settings option to remove or hide this bar?

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried making a custom version of the extension with the bar removed, but it meant I couldn't get new updates without reapplying my changes.

Additional context It isn't big enough for its own request, but it'd also be nice to be able to disable the "Open new tab" button at the bottom of the groups display.

I suggest that manage groups become an icon just like settings and both move to the header next to the search field.
