Simple Tab Groups does not follow the system theme on Linux

Describe the bug Simple Tab Groups does not follow the system theme on Linux.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the extension settings
  2. Verify that Theme is set to System theme -- auto
  3. Notice both the settings and the slide-down menu background color.

Actual behavior Both the settings and pop-down menu background color don't match the current theme.

Expected behavior Both the settings and pop-down menu background color match the current theme.
