Moving tabs to another group doesn't persist for certain tabs

This is an inconsistent bug I've noticed multiple times, where after moving some tabs to another group, upon exiting and re-opening firefox, the tabs that were moved are opened in the current group rather than whatever group they were previously moved to.

It seems to happen to certain tabs, and it will continue doing this until I eventually close those tabs. Until then, they are always opened into the current group whenever starting firefox
