Move tabs in to archived groups

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently:

• Unarchive group, wait for 50 tabs to be opened.
• Move tab to group
• Archive group

Describe the solution you'd like Be able to move tabs to archived groups. Close the tab after the move command, and add it to the archived group's json.

Additional context #583 is the opposite of this, make this an option in prefs. I do this more for performance than archival reasons.

Maybe 'Move tab to group → Archived Group → Group Name'?

There should be an option to always show archived groups everywhere groups are shown. You could drag tabs into and out of archive groups in manage just like any other group.
