Free Download Manger (FDM) broken on FF 139+

Using FDM as download manager. Latest FDM build + browser extension. After update to FF 139+ FDM work became unstable. Right after first switch between groups FDM behavior going nuts. After click on any downloadable link nothing happens till browser or (sometimes) extension reload.

Rollback to 138 branch is fixing situation.
