group manager autocloses

Hi, I tried to use STG, never used it before, so I don't know if it expected or bug.

1. Open group manager
2. drag tab from one group to another
3. sometime, I not get when, but almost always manager closes and focus me on tab I just placed to group.

I did not make any settings before this, tried to find settings to prevent this, but found only group related and they are off.

For me it is unusable, I need to remanage several groups, especially in beginning of using STG, any way to workaround this ?

I'm not exactly sure what's causing this, as I've never experienced that issue.

But maybe at least as a partial short-term solution, you should know that you can select multiple tabs at once and move them all at the same time, as discussed here: https://github.com/Drive4ik/simple-tab-groups/issues/1295#issuecomment-2859376346

I don't think there's any setting to influence the behavior in the group manager in particular. By group manager you mean the "Manage Groups" view, that opens in a full browser tab, right? You don't mean the smaller toolbar button popup?

Aside from that, it sounds like it could potentially be a faulty mouse with bouncing keys. That happens on low quality mouses quite often actually and was the reason for me to replace a mouse in the past. If you're unfamiliar with it, you can read a little bit about the hardware issue on Wikipedia. I tested my faulty mouse in the past with a simple click counter. If the counter randomly increases by more than you actually click, then the button is bouncing. You should be able to find one easily on the web.

thanks, I just switched to floorp - it has workspaces, enough for me (but I switched because failed to off ^w button ) :) shift would not work, I wanted to sort out many tabs, also I found stg making too many thing unpredictable, so I choose not use it.

about mouse - I had such long ago, but not his time it seems it just like to show group content,
