moving firefox page from one tab group to another takes 30 seconds

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. If i am on a firefox page in tab group A and decide to move it to some other tab group B, it works but firefox freezes for 30 seconds, after that i can move tabs to various groups easily with o delay To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. right click on firefox pages tab and select "Move to Group"
2. select different group to move page to
3. observe that it takes 30 seconds before firefox is again responsive to any mouse or keyboard inputs

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Should be much faster and it is, after its gone through its cycle one time Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

• OS and version: Linux openSuse Tumbleweed
• Firefox version: 134.0.2 (64-bit)
• Simple Tab Groups version: 5.2

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. i have 14 tab groups and a bit over 200 tabs registered across the groups

I have found simply changing to another Group takes a lot longer than it used to.
