Better visibility to hide archived groups in the pop-up

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Every time I restore the groups+settings of STG (e.g. when I move to a new laptop), I end up scrambling to find the option to hide archived groups in the pop-up. This is very well illustrated on #870 (by myself and other users).

Describe the solution you'd like Please include the setting inside the "cogwheel" options, as that is the place most people would expect every option to be. I think everyone is ok with keeping the option on its original place (i.e. right-click for the pop-up cogwheel), especially not to confuse existing users who are already used to it. If there are technical impediments of having the setting available on both spots, I think it would be prefferable to move the setting on the "cogwheel" options.

Describe alternatives you've considered My only alternative is either googling it (this time I swear I didn't find #870 the first time, and only after a second attempt around a month later did I find it) or keeping a note with me every time (tattoo it?)

Additional context Please see #870 for my comments after clumsily finding the issue and realizing the option was still there, I just couldn't find it. Also, there are a couple of other users (beyond the OP) that have also stumble across this.
