Add Tree Style Tab to the list of conflicting extensions

First of all, thank you so much for the extension, without which I can't imagine my browsing experience. Дякую/Спасибо!

After some time debugging, realized that Tree Style Tab plugin breaks STG startup -- and it was great to write about it

IMO the extension should not be specified as incompatible. Instead, bugs in both extensions should be fixed.

I use "Tree Style Tab" together with STG for a while now. I can't remind STG crashes that I related to "Tree Style Tab". I use a single-window workflow, though. Working with multiple windows may make trouble.

Moving nested tabs could be improved, because it may destroy the nesting and correct ordering.

Instead, bugs in both extensions should be fixed.

Until the bugs are fixed, it would be great to document the incompatibility
