Move “Move tab to group” context menu to tab-related group

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The “Move tab to group” is at the bottom of the context menu, separated from seemingly related “Move tab”, “Send tab to device” or “Open in new container tab”. This leads to confusion when looking for the entry (or others) to manage the current tab.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move the “Move tab to group” entry up to the tab-related section of the context menu.
