[1.12.2] Warped Texture on Steel Scaffolding if CTM is installed.

It seems that the textures for the Steel Scaffolding are warped if CTM is installed. If CTM isn't installed they look normal.

Left: Texture looks normal without CTM being installed. Right: Texture looks warped if CTM is installed.

Unsure if there are any other textures that are affected, as these were the only ones I ran into so far.

Must be trying to use the new connected textures on them. I'll give them a separate texture when I get to that PR. In the meantime, I'm sure you could ask Golem to fix it in his fork.

I've fixed it and will push an update eventually, just very busy with final exams.
