Can't we make monsters with gas masks spawn less?

Every 1/4 zombie wears some sort of gas mask and there's no place in the config to turn it off or reduce it.

I also heard they were just adding this feature in the 1.7.10 version but since this is a separate mod it wouldn't have it..

Where'd you hear that? If 1.7 is getting the config, so is this.
