In commands.xml, could we get more option in <ParamType> userid ip

This isnt that easy to do due how the only way to get this is parsing status (which id like to avoid) I guess getting the connect event would also work for the ip (but not in CS:GO).

The userid should be easy to add as it is already gotten from events.
