Add support for Block tags

currently the config file generates with specific ores in it, and you have to manually add modded ores. changing this to use Forge's oredict would make things much easier for everyone.

I am pretty sure Oredict got abandoned in favor of Minecraft block tags, which I eventually plan to support.
