Fixed MacOS instructions

Apple silicon Macs use a different platform from Intel silicon, and zsh is the current default shell. I hadn't run PiShrink from docker before and was confused by the instructions about "images folder", so edited the wording too. Let me know if you have questions or want any further changes.
