Known issue: Applying changes with too many packages at once makes guinget lock up.

This requires having a lot of packages marked at once, so it should be fine with around 10-20, maybe 30 at once or so. Haven't figured out the limit. Shouldn't be an issue if packages are applied individually.

Not sure if this isn't a problem with a faster CPU, or if it's just fixed with the DataTable and DataView, but if the DataView and DataTable solved it, I'm closing this issue as fixed.

Update: This may just be what happens if you have a much-faster CPU, unless I unintentionally optimized this between now and November 7, 2020, as I don't notice an issue in v0.3 on my current desktop.
