Licensing info for Microsoft.Data.Sqlite is out of date and I'm aware, and it'll be fixed in v0.4.

Didn't expect the license to just be changed from Apache License, Version 2.0, to MIT, but I guess that makes sense because I'm in the process of something similar with UXL Launcher (GPLv3 to Apache License v2 for that).

I think I fixed this in v0.3.0.1 as well, but not in v0.4 yet, which isn't even out.
