Is this still maintained? If so, permissions adjustment needed

@DrewML - First off, this seems like a great extension, and I'm super excited to try it out! Are you still maintaining this project? It looks as though most of the recent activity is from 2017.

If you are still maintaining this project, it seems like you might be losing some potential users based on the permissions you're requesting. Right now, the extension requests permission to "Read and change your data on all websites you visit". Not only is this intimidating, but I believe it's also unnecessary. I have a number of github extensions installed, and all of them typically ask for the below permissions:

• Read and change your data on github.com
• Read and change your data on gist.github.com

Would your extension work this just these two permissions? If so, I think it would make a big difference if you switched to these two from your current permissions.
