Updated versions of Scala, Play and ElasticSearch

Also adjusted the search functionality to use wildcard search on the text fields of the logentry records. I believe this is roughly equivalent to what was done with the 0.9x

NOTE: I'm not sure that I have any of the typesafe template capability right. You'll note that I did switch to a build.sbt. I'm not sure that this is the right thing to do, but it all does work as far as the most recent activator version is concerned (it's using sbt 0.13.8).

Hope closing the pull request was the right thing to do... I'm not terribly familiar with the process.
