Description

使用clash for windows 时发现rule-providers不会自动更新， 尝试把时间改成600就会更新。 86400不更新是因为从软件启动开始计时的吧？ 这里的定时器逻辑写错了吧？ 应该对比文件修改时间和设定的更新时间的时间戳。
