Labelarr Caching (?) Issue

I use multiple labels but I see this issue with 2 primarily 'notyetorganizedboth' and 'notyetorganizedme'. The issue is that when an item is tagged with -both and then I want to switch it to -me two runs of labelarr are required to make the change complete. The first run adds -me label, the second run removes -both label. Debug logs of first run which adds -me label:
