PR #132 may no longer compile, due to some repository changes. It also has a conflict between different versions of omega config, which may depend on the Loom version being used. This is my 1.19.4 PR updated to Minecraft 1.20.1.

I've removed CottonMC's static data library, because it is no longer available, and quite possibly inapplicable to newer versions of Minecraft. As far as I can tell, this has no impact on the functionality of Vanilla Hammers.
