Add ability to re-order declension dimensions?

Consider this. It would require adding an ordered index to the entries and making this the metric which they are ordered by.

@DraqueT bump. It's irritating having to copy the dimension, delete it, add whatever new dimension there is, and pasting in the old one. It's also no fun realizing you've ordered your dimensions wrong and the declension or conjugation name sounds strange and odd.
