application/zip mimetype issue

hello,

because the polyglot-linear-a-PolyGlot.desktop and polyglot-linear-a-PolyGlot-MimeInfo.xml files are linking MimeType=application/zip to polyglot, now my system supposes all my .zip files are to be opened by polyglot (on Mate/Caja file manager):

I don't know if it's caja which just messed with a new mimetype, but I don't really know how to fix this...
