Can you please make a version which uses a zip file which you can extract instead of using one with an installer? Asking so i dont have to use an administrator password to use it.

This is something I may look to implement officially post PolyGlot 4.0 release, but for now, a workaround is installing PolyGlot directly to a thumbdrive or something. You won't get OS integration features anywhere that you run it, but it should still function properly.
