Syllable composition functionality

Under Phonology & Text->Composition tab, add the following functionality

• Clear Composition List button: Deletes everything from list
• Import Composition List: Imports composition list from word generator (too complex as it stands through generator)
• Static text box providing some instruction to users

NOTES: This is for pulling syllables into the phonology tab easily
