Support more DB types

Love the bot! Only ticket bot where all the settings I need are in the config, not the individual commands through Discord to set it up. Nobody wants to !command to setup a bot. Best feature is the ability to listen in Server A and address the User and the Issue in Server B, keeping all the BetterDiscord users out of my business. The one, well two things, I think would take this particular bot to the next level would be independent database storage for logs, like MongoDB, and a formatted (html if you have to) log message viewer.

The bot currently uses SQL internally, and as such it will not be possible to add MongoDB support without overhauling most of the database code that currently exists. This might happen at some point, but is not in plans right now.

On second thought, I'll leave this issue up as a general tracking issue for MongoDB support in the future!
