Claim command

i thought of the idea that one moderator can claim a thread, like !claim and then only one moderator will be abled to help someone through this log!

This is actually an excellent idea to be honest, would like to see this added.

be really nice to reply to the user "XXXX#1234 has accepted your report and is currently looking into it. Feel free to contact this admin to provide any additional information."

and potentially move it to their own cat?
