[BUG REPORT] 启动脚本工作异常

在ubuntu22.04 ，bootstrap.sh脚本运行后可以编译启动dragonos 在ubuntu24.04中，bootstrap.sh脚本运行后，调用install_cross_gcc，但只会创建opt文件夹，内部为空，需要手动执行install_cross_gcc脚本
