Add N64DD support

I know some N64DD stuff has been released already, but adding some useful examples to libdragon couldn't hurt.

I don't have a N64DD (Never tracked one down) so I never got around to it. There's probably a decent chunk of people that could do this though.

Most of the N64DD stuff actually works on a flashcart (hacked ROMs do, anyway), but in order to run stuff on a real disk this would take some work. I'm not sure what I was thinking. :blush:

I think what I meant is stuff to detect and test real N64DD hardware?
