Error with cocos2dx-3.13

I've tried to build with 2 PCs. Also tried to build with the source "demos", and now I am trying to build only "HelloDragonBones" only. but both have the same error that is 61 error. Bellow is my specification:

  • Cocos version = cocos2d-x version 3.13
  • Editor = Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 update 5 The second trial, I use a template that has been running. Bellow its following error log
