[BUG] Sticker is shown in another virtual desktop

Describe the bug There's virtual desktop in Windows 10. I noticed that the sticker of WPF stays even in another virtual desktop. See the screenshots below.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Build and run branch dev
  2. Switch to another virtual desktop (Win + Tab)
  3. See the sticker

Expected behavior Not to be shown in another virtual desktops. Also, this issue made me be suspicious about 2 screens. Later I'll check that.
