I am not convinced this is a Revive problem as much as it is a SteamVR one. Haptics work fine for WMR on Revive.... I'll look into it.

If you want skins, the NPC names should match EXSISTING premium accounts, that ofcourse, have a skin applied. Try as example 'ChefTommy' and your npc will get this skin: http://www.mcskinsearch.com/skin/ChefTommy...
