Docker + new database

Added docker file, refactored database, refactored config and added mariadb support Docker is optional, contributors can continue to use yarn start and sqlite database Mariadb support has to be more tested (but it works as far as I tested)

PR because I did a lot of refactoring Do not delete the docker branch
