Improved updates to the `README` file

Adds significant changes to the README.md file for better reading and access through the sections.

1. Adds a <kbd> tag to define keyboard input
2. Adds a 'Back To Top 🠕' section after each section
3. Minor edits to the file

Feel free to add any more changes if you want

I did take notes from these edits and I do plan on making some more modifications to the project tonight.

Most of what I have to do is update the script since it's been a tad out of date for at least a year.

I can edit the README file based on the current modifications you've made to the scripts as well.

It's just a matter of changing the documentation

Plus Having an Index is easier than putting dropdown menus of steps
