Question: Is there a way to make this into a loop?

Hello, First off I want to say thank you very much for this project and actually keeping it updated I've been searching all over for something like this for some time. I appreciate it very much was wondering if there is a way to listen to the channels live or maybe create a loop to have it run after x minutes to check for new messages? The channel I'm looking at posts maybe 5 messages at most a day. But I would like to get the messages as soon as possible. I'm not an expert with coding so I'm not sure if the wording is correct so sorry in advance.
