@DrKLO it would be nice to have this fix, because I have to disable all notifications on my phone to prevent vibration. Thanks!

PS vibration settings works properly with TelegramX

It is March 2020, but still notifications continue vibration, when the phone is in sound mode with vibrate when ring disabled.

@DrKLO Please, can you fix this issue?
