Perls with longdouble and quadmath

Similar to #420 it would be nice to be able to request a perl built with -Duselongdouble or -Dusequadmath. NB that quadmath is a gcc-ism so probably isn't available on...

"It compiled, ship it" Not strictly a syntax error, I suppose, but it fits well with 750.

Once that's done 9893339b65c6e6873dd796209edf7df8ddfc8ad4 can be reverted

eg in `build-reverse-index.pl` it's possible to start writing a cache file, then the website will try to read it and get broken data and spew an error, then finish writing...
