Build 21354 - cannot find Defender (no SecHealthUI) to remove

Build 21354 came out recently (4/8/2021) and I thought I'd see how it performs with O-O applied. To my surprise, O-O cannot find SecHealthUI so I'm unable to remove Windows Defender like I often do with O-O. I don't know whether this started on build 21354 but I know it was a recent change. EDIT: On new build 21364 (4/21/2021), SecHealthUI is listed under 'Provisioned App Packages to Remove' but selecting to remove it does not actually remove it.
