JIRA

Describe what all querying / actions you need to perform with this integration

  • Enable Playbook step to create, update JIRA issues.
  • Allow automated transitions of JIRA tickets based on Playbook execution outcomes.
  • Fetch JIRA issue details to be used as conditions in Playbook

Additional context

  • Create new JIRA issues automatically.
  • Update issue status based on Playbook execution.
  • Link deployments to JIRA tickets for traceability.
  • Retrieve issue details and comments for conditional logic.
