[New Feature] Support Subscription in Clash Format

看到目前V2Ray-Desktop采用的clash内核，但是在服务器订阅里并没有相关的选项支持clash配置文件。感觉clash配置文件很强大啊，都已经包含了gfwlist.yml的内容了，会方便很多。
