Notes, Water modifications not saved

Any modifications made to Notes, or Water chemistry, don't appear to be saved.
Changes to water salts are simply ignored; notes seem to carry over to new recipes opened in the same session, but none are saved when the program is terminated and restarted. v2.0.1
