Navigating fields and changing values

Well I am trying the program out and have a question or comment on entering values for ingredients.

I have not found the best way to enter ingredients. When I add a grain and select from the drop list and then move to enter how many pounds, I have tried tabbing and mousing and still have to delete or backspace to enter an amount. The only way I found that works with out having to delete or backspace is to use the mouse to highlight the entire value so typed data will over write it.

I see someone has started a ticket on the shifting of the line when adding grain so will just say please work on that one also.
