Provide better connection info samples

I'm using my Flowroute account to try to test this, and I can't get any combination of the details to work. I cannot tell if the demo is broken (it's failing to connect to OVH).

Please provide real examples for some common providers.

Also - why must the app connect to an OVH server in order to register with SIP?
