Hello,

I got this error before, multiple time,

The cause of problem is that the peers dose not have same codec.

If you use Asterisk then set debug level to 4 or 5 and you ll see this clearely.

Try to limit codec on your IPBX to vp8,h264 for video and opus for audio and retest.

OK, just to check :

• Your voip server is Asterisk

• It is a web solution

• You have installed and configured a webrtc2sip server

• You use chrome/firefox with adapter.js under https connection
