Invite 200OK re-transmission timer (timerX) is incrementing twice after first 200Ok re-transmission

timerX value is getting incremented twice once in "__tsip_transac_ist_Proceeding_2_Accepted_X_2xx" and once in function __tsip_transac_ist_Accepted_2_Accepted_timerX. which is causing 200Ok re transmission at 500 ms and than on 2000ms.

is there any reason behind this? SIPML5 API version = 1.5.230
