Plugin Failure on Safari

Hi, I am trying to configure WebRTC using sipml5. It works fine on all other browsers except Safari where I receive a plugin failure message. I am using a Macbook Pro with OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 installed and the latest safari version 10.1. I have also downloaded the WebRTC everywhere plugin to use on Safari. Any idea why this issue is happening?
